As the founder of CashOnlyDeli, ALICE BRNZ has created a hub for music innovation, capturing both established and local talent from the pulsating epicenter of NYC's music scene.
RGR
Roger, stylized as RGR, is an emerging artist from New York City and is here to excite you. Raspy but melodic vocals coupled with upbeat trance and hard hitting production, his young and sexy, fun and chic lyrics, and uptown attitude make him someone to watch for. Working closely with in house producers and creatives from his city, he bridges the gap across multiple genres, mediums and sounds that he pulls influence from. His debut single "Mullet" was released early September and is just getting started.
ADHAM SALEM
One of the co-founders and managers of CashOnlyDeli. A New York City native that came up around early blog-era Brooklyn, skate, music and fashion scenes, came together onboard with ALICE and RGR to help oversee operations of the studio and day to day tasks within the label, CashOnlyDeli for it to be what it is today. Pivoting experience and relationships from being present in some of NYC’s finest cultural moments with various brands and artist he’s helped to cultivate and bridge the community built at CashOnlyDeli.
CashOnlyDeli is a New York City-based recording studio and label founded in September 2020 by Hammie Salem, ALICE BRNZ, and RGR. The trio transformed the former Flatbush Zombies studio into a vibrant, DIY space fostering a diverse musical community.

Originally from Ohio and now studying at Parsons, Thomas Maggart is a producer making waves with his unique approach to sound. After getting his start making music with friends, he committed fully in high school, gaining experience in Atlanta’s music scene alongside notable artists. His time working in a record store fueled a passion for digging into obscure soul and jazz records, which he now flips creatively into his own music.

Jay Bel is a Brooklyn-born producer and artist whose work fuses sharp lyricism with rich, genre-spanning production. Known for his grounded storytelling and dedication to his craft, Jay made waves early on by leaving college to pursue music full-time. Now a key part of CashOnlyDeli, he brings a fresh perspective shaped by his Brooklyn roots and a commitment to pushing creative boundaries.
BRILLIANT
Better known by his stage name “itsbrilliant” or “ Brilliant” is an American record producer and songwriter from Philadelphia. Better known for his ear catching Melodies, sample flips and hard drums, Brilliant is on his way to being a house hold name for Philly’s hip-hop and production scene. While starting to produce at 14years old , brilliant studied the blueprints of trailblazers in the industry As a young kid, brilliant grew up in a very religious home where he was not allowed to listen to any music until around the age of 10. At this age is where he discovered his love for chopping samples. This moment started a ripple effect and Brilliant would later be introduced to FL Studio by his uncle.

Brooklyn-born producer Asa Miller brings melodic, hard-hitting production to CashOnlyDeli’s roster, seamlessly crossing genre lines. A well-rounded musician, Asa honed his craft at Edward R. Murrow and SUNY Purchase, blending academic rigor with inspiration from Chief Keef, 808 Mafia, Duwap Kane, and ATL Smook. His sound is both versatile and boundary-pushing, making him a standout in today’s production landscape.

Voshon Vernon, known professionally as Park Ave, is an A&R producer based in New York and a key player at CashOnlyDeli, where he brings a sharp ear for talent and a deep understanding of the industry. As the founder of Park&Friends and Jungle Gym, he has developed a distinct voice in both the A&R and production worlds. His recent placements include collaborations with Shay Lia, Kari Faux, Tony Shhnow, and JIRE. With credits extending to work with Isaiah Rashad, Cousin Stizz, Dreamville, Van Buren Records, and more, Park Ave continues to shape the sounds of rising and established artists alike.

Ty is a rising producer and assistive A&R at CashOnlyDeli, working closely under lead A&R Park Ave. Known for his keen ear and fresh approach, Ty is building his reputation as a credible talent-spotter and producer in today’s music scene.

When you come to my set, it’s a blend of House, Jersey Club, and World Music. I always focus on connecting with the audience and making people want to dance first, before playing classics and the latest music. I grew up watching my Uncle DJ around the City, but didn’t touch the tables until 2022, at the age of 27. I was able to naturally develop my own style of spinning by being exposed to so much different music over time. I want everyone to dance and move, to feel present and euphoric during my set
